The Public Debt
As integration grows in importance, we ask ourselves whether economies have benefited from the so-called "Globalization"? In this work, we show how increasing foreign capital inflows to domestic markets of public debt may be beneficial to economies by creating what economists call "positive externalities", that is, "extra" benefits to a scale that exceeds individual or private gains.
